Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your VIP Bottle Service reservation. This deposit is credited toward your final tab during your visit. The full deposit amount is deducted from your total bill at checkout, with any remaining balance to be paid at the venue. All deposits are not refundable. Reservations & Deposits To secure a bottle service reservation, a valid credit card and/or deposit may be required. By booking, you agree to the terms outlined below. Cancellation Window     •    48+ hours before reservation: No cancellation fee. Deposit (if applicable) is fully refundable.     •    Less than 24 hours or no-show: The full minimum spend or full deposit (whichever applies) will be charged. Late Arrival Tables are held for 30 minutes past your scheduled arrival time. After this window, your reservation may be released and treated as a no-show.
